Estudo de Aproximação Entre os Sistemas de Informação e a Aprendizagem Organizacional

Resumo

A aprendizagem organizacional situa-se de forma destacada no conjunto das preocupações críticas da gestão dos sistemas de informação [1]. No entanto, os estudos que procuram relacioná-la com os sistemas de informação são escassos [2, 3, 4, 5, 6] e geralmente concentrados na tecnologia. Nesta apresentação discutimos enquadramentos da aprendizagem organizacional [7, 8, 9] que estabelecem pontes de relacionamento com os sistemas de informação [10].
