I was born in Coimbra in 1963 and I am Assistant Professor
at the Department of Informatics Engineering (DEI) of the Faculty of Science and Technology (FCTUC) of the University of Coimbra (UC), Portugal. I got the following academics degrees: - BSc in Electrical Engineering, at FCTUC. - MSc in Systems and Information Technology (area of Systems and Control), at FCTUC. - PhD in Informatics Engineering (area of Supervision
